01Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how SVKT LLC (“SVKT”, “we”, “us”), a Missouri limited liability company with its office at 117 S Lexington St Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2444, United States, handles personal information. It covers:
- our company website, svktllc.com;
- our products, Nichelix (nichelix.com) and SVKT AI YouTube Creator Tools (a Chrome extension, svktyoutubetools.com), at a summary level; and
- emails and other communications you exchange with us.
SVKT LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Our AI video production engine, Vidiculous, is in development and is not offered to the public, so it does not collect personal information from users.

Each product publishes its own privacy policy with the precise details of what it collects, why and for how long:

03Information we collect
On svktllc.com
This website has no sign-up forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tags. Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, which our hosting provider may log for security and troubleshooting. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an icon set from the unpkg.com content delivery network, so those providers receive your IP address and browser information when the files are requested.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and the content of your message, and we use them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.
Account information in our products
- Nichelix: your email address, a user ID, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google; the collections you create; your subscription status. Sign-in is handled by a specialist authentication provider, which stores login credentials and session data on our behalf. We never see your password.
- SVKT AI YouTube Creator Tools: your Google profile name, email address and profile photo, used to show your account in the extension and to manage your SVKT account and membership.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. For Nichelix subscriptions, Stripe's Link service acts as the merchant of record. Card numbers are entered directly with the payment provider and never reach our servers. We receive a customer identifier and the status of your subscription, and, where provided by the payment provider, billing details needed for receipts and tax.
Usage and device information in our products
Nichelix records how its service is used, such as pages visited, searches and features used, together with standard server logs, to keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it. The Nichelix privacy policy lists exactly what is recorded and for how long.
04YouTube data and Google API Services
Our products use the YouTube API Services and other publicly available YouTube data.
- Public channel data. Nichelix analyzes publicly available information about YouTube channels and videos, such as channel names, subscriber and view counts, video titles and thumbnails, obtained through official and lawful means. This data is about public channels, not about you as a Nichelix user, and Nichelix does not access your YouTube account.
- Your own channel, read-only. SVKT AI YouTube Creator Tools asks for read-only access to your YouTube channel and YouTube Analytics through Google sign-in, so it can show your statistics inside YouTube and YouTube Studio. According to its privacy policy, these requests are made directly from your browser to Google, and the extension does not store your YouTube data or analytics on our servers. We never modify anything on your channel.
Information we receive from Google APIs is used only to provide the features you use, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
By using features that rely on YouTube data, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our products' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
05How we use information
- To provide the Services: signing you in, keeping your saved work, showing analytics and running the features you request.
- To process subscriptions and payments, and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To send transactional emails, such as verification codes, receipts and important account or policy notices.
- To send account holders information about our own products where the law allows it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and support requests.
- To keep the Services secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand how our products are used and which of our advertising brings people to them, as described in the next section.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your personal information to train AI models.
07AI processing
Some features use third-party AI model providers. Nichelix uses them to classify publicly available channel information, such as video thumbnails, for example to label a channel as faceless. SVKT AI YouTube Creator Tools uses AI to generate chapter suggestions from the transcript of a video you choose. We send AI providers only the content needed to produce the result. AI output can be wrong, so please review it before you rely on it.
08Legal bases
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, Turkey's KVKK or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- performance of a contract, to provide the Services and process your subscription;
- legitimate interests, to keep the Services secure, improve them, answer enquiries you start, and tell our own users about our own products (you can object at any time);
- consent, where we ask for it, for example for optional analytics and advertising cookies where consent is required; you can withdraw consent at any time; and
- legal obligations, such as keeping tax and accounting records.
10How long we keep information
- Account data: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, its data is deleted, and it disappears from backups when those backups expire.
- Server logs and usage records: for limited periods set out in each product's privacy policy. For Nichelix, server logs are kept for up to 30 days and in-product activity records for up to 90 days, and database backups for up to 14 days.
- Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and keep a reasonable record of it.
- Payment and tax records: for as long as the law requires.
11Security
We protect information with measures proportionate to what we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to the people and systems that need it, password management and payment card handling delegated to specialist providers, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
12International transfers
SVKT LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers operate in the United States, the European Union and other countries. For example, Nichelix's servers are hosted in Germany, and its authentication and payment providers are based in the United States. When personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
13Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may also have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
- You can delete your Nichelix account from its account settings at any time.
- You can revoke SVKT AI YouTube Creator Tools' access from your Google Account permissions page and remove the extension from Chrome.
- You can unsubscribe from product emails with the link in each email. Transactional emails continue while you have an account.
For any other request, email privacy@svktllc.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 30 days or the shorter period the law requires. You may use an authorized agent. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority, and residents of Turkey may apply to the KVKK.
14Children
Our Services are not directed to children. Nichelix and paid subscriptions require users to be at least 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
15Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our products or legal obligations change. Material changes will be announced by email or in the relevant product before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
